Collection is currently off: QuickNEasy has no public installer that has passed its complete platform gate. While the download control says it is not ready, this page does not create a fingerprint, installation claim or download telemetry record.

When verified downloads open: selecting Download will create a versioned QNE security observation. The service will record the connection address, time, allowlisted HTTP and TLS details, browser and operating-system claims, languages, locale, time zone, display and hardware characteristics, supported capabilities, plugins, automation indicators, and bounded canvas, audio, font and WebGL fingerprints.

Location evidence: the complete bounded MaxMind City response used for the request, together with the related GeoNames place and hierarchy responses, will be included in the security package. QuickNEasy will show the location information and ask whether it is correct. The Personal Assistant will help correct it when necessary.

Untrusted evidence: every browser value may be incomplete, blocked or deliberately altered. A fingerprint helps identify repeated or automated behavior, but it does not identify a human being and is never sufficient by itself to accuse or reject someone.

Same-computer handover: the original browser retains a separate one-time secret. The installer must receive that secret locally and bind a new device key. Copying the installer package does not copy the authority to activate the original installation.

Local history: the complete security and location package is handed to QuickNEasy for encrypted storage in the participant's own qne-persist. Their name, birthdate and full address are collected locally and are not returned to the download server.

Deletion: after the device confirms that the package and required basic details are stored safely, the linked server record is removed immediately. Abandoned setup records are removed after 30 days. Records explicitly classified for hostile activity may be retained for no more than 90 days. Only totals that cannot reconstruct or correlate a participant remain.

Your starting device: use the computer that will run QuickNEasy. A fixed home or workplace computer provides stronger identity assurance. A laptop can begin provisionally and be upgraded later without losing the work already completed.
